Debra Reifschneider

 

Debra Reifschneider was raised on a vegetable farm in St. Clair County, Illinois, near Collinsville, where her family grew strawberries, raspberries, and tomatoes, okra, corn, beans. 

Debra became proficient in Spanish as an exchange student to Mexico. She proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Spanish Linguist and was stationed in Hawaii and Florida where she analyzed communications for critical mission data.

She received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville in December 1995, and a M.S. degree in English, specializing in Teaching English as a Second Language, May 2014.  

After the U.S. Navy, Debra moved to Collinsville, Illinois, and in 1999 began her career as Senior Project Director at Martiz Marketing Research. During this time, she honed her marketing skills using scientific insights to help people and corporations successfully market their products.

In 2004, she began working with Regions Bank in their private wealth management division where she assisted clients design a customized wealth plan, managed financing and administration of trusts and estates.   During this time, she completed extensive trailing from the American Bankers Association to become a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

In 2018, Debra left the banking world to become the managing member of a private, well-capitalized real estate investment firm that helps clients achieve superior risk-adjusted return through the acquisition of value-add assets throughout southern Illinois.   She remains actively engaged in the family’s expanding farming operation and enjoys doing mission work in South America.    

Debra completed her Real Estate Brokerage license and is working towards her appraisal license.
