Due to the unique nature of farmland and the services we provide, each quote is specifically tailored to the needs of the client. Appraisal fees are quoted on a per assignment basis. Brokerage fees are quoted as a percentage of the final price at the closing of the transaction.  Farm management fees are quoted on a percentage of the gross income. Consulting services quotes are typically on a per hour basis.
